hey that pallet jack looks like a great easy idea for the growbeds but pumping all that water sounds like it will be a misson whichever way you do it. How long are the fish good for in a barrel with an aerator? Luckily the drive itself will be very short about 5 minutes

They will last a very long time in an aerated barrel. Probably a number of days before the amm reaches toxic levels.

The best way to go about it is to not feed them a few days leading up and transfer them with care. The less stress you put them through the better they will be.


I had mine in the barrel for a few hours. :thumbright:

I kept around 50 silvers in a blue barrel with aerator only for 8 days during winter. They were only small though.
