I got the confusion while choosing hydroponics plants. Can anyone suggest me to choose the right plants?

There are a lot of choices but best is that choose the plants that grow in your climate.

I live in Thailand that's USDA zone 11 and tried a lot of seeds from Europe.
Some set flowers and seeds instead of forming a head (head lettuce) some didn't set fruits (Giant Pumpkin), savoy cabbage starts to rot from inside and others just burned from the heat.

If you go to your local plant market there should be seeds available.

The size matters as well, off cause you can't plant high growing plants in floating rafts for example.

Chennai is in India hence you might have some specialties that are not available in other countries and I am also looking for plants where I am standing off the crowd here in Thailand.
We might could swap some seed packs if you are Interested, just ask Google about Thailand Vegetables and when I am back from work (in about 4 weeks) I can try to find them for you and I'll ask when you got them for some indian specimens.

I heard India has the hottest chilies in the world and some fruit trees that are not common anywhere else on the world.
