hello

just a quick question...is using uncoated untreated thick gage wire mesh in system underwater a problem? no galvanise etc.

or should i coat it in cement...would make it last longer anyway....

From my knowlege if there is no gal it would be Ok, will rust away faster thats all....

coating in cement will add lime which may push PH up.... Stainless maybe??

or painting with a Pond lining paint would be an option
