I would also be careful of how much you feed them as they are greedy and will eat more than is good for them and get constipation (can be fatal). I feed mine occasionally with frozen baby peas (pop them in the microwave for a few seconds to thaw then squeeze them to separate the shells which I don't give them). Currently I have duckweed in the pond so they are getting a bit of greens. :)

yeah i drop down to feeding once a day !!!!! an will do the pea's too !!!! thanks

Your plants are probably nutrient deficient and your nitrate is only at 5ppm or at least was from your previous post which is virtually nothing. Remind me, what kind of fish, how many, what size are they and how much do you feed per day?

What are your current water test readings?

It's not a Nitrate problem if you're still running 5 for the Nitrates. If it were, there wouldn't be any left in the water and lots of people show no Nitrates without any stunting.

Best thing to do is post a picture of the plants, maybe someone will recognize what's going on and be able to help you out.

If you have salted the water in your system that would probably be why the strawberries are dead. It's good for fish health but strawberries don't deal with salt very well.

If does sound like there is a deficiency but I'm not sure which one at this point. In order to help we need the pictures or at the very least a good description (saying a plant looks sickly isn't helpful for really getting to the root cause). It's better if we can see for ourselves.

Cheers
