Love the movies OBO - thanks.

Gives me confidence that when my system is up, they will devour the BSF larvae I'm currently freezing in anticipation.

Thanks for the thanks guys.

This system has been running for 18 months.

The tomato leaves are trimmed to encourage fruit growth - it works very well.

Its fun making the movies too :)

Good movies. You could run a live webcam and I'd probably watch it all day.

I'm afraid you missed me today Obo. I spent a bit of time with my sister, actually working, fixing up her sewing table and mounting pin-up boards. I had to take pot luck on you being home as the weather today was the best there has been, and prolly be for the next stinkin hot week.

Flying between Southern Cross and Kalgoorlie is not a very interesting way to sit still for 3/4 hour. But I still remember the 10 hr drive from Esperance to Perth when I lived down there a few years back. The bits of road with nothing to see are a real turn on when you are driving.

Really ? Bugger - a nice mature AP system like that should almost run itself !

My plane is not like the ones used in the Red Bull races. My plane would fall out of the sky before 360 deg came around again. Nothing like the 415 deg in 1 second!

I think Colin is going to be living on his block with his toys and AP.

Man, finally done :). This is the 3rd or 4th of these 80+ page systems i've read through :) great stuff.

I find myself wishing there was a way to be able to go through a thread and cut it down to just the learning/growing parts of it and the details on what you built and how you thought it worked out.

There's a lot that could be done here if people were able to help design out the website to do so. I've been tempted to start a website like this for a while now, but I'm not sure how to organize it all out. There would need to be an easy way to see the details of the system at each stage of it's development (with tips from the author saying that he/she wished they had done it this other way, ex. larger piping for the syphons). A timeline of picks with before and after picks organized by date and plantings. Ideas that they wish they'd have tried, etc.

Probably needs a new thread, if people have interest in helping design out a website. I'm just a programmer, not so much a designer
