Hey Rod,
Keen to see the rest unfold. Love to see the progress.
I'm going to have to build systems for other people when I run out of things to chip away at on mine.

As a stand why not try and find an old rack, it worked well for me.
2nd hand should be available at a reasonable price.
If you bolted your barrels together on the long sides for support, you could just plonk them on the beams.

Waiting for the next update :thumbleft:

Yep 5 half barrels would be 500L. So you'll be looking at stocking around 20-25 fish.

Yes Ben I was thinking of putting an ibc that holds 6 to 700 litres and sink it in the ground a bit just inside the hot house but it might take up to much room so I might have to use three barrels on there Sides and put under gbs I looked at Arbes l shape slo and was wondering if it would be possible to have an intersection type slo on bottom of ft

As a sump?

If you do use the barrels 90mm uniseals work great but you might get away with 40mm, just depends on how much your sump pump will pull LPH.

I've really got to invest in a PVC welder. Would have paid for itself by now I'd imagine.

Looking good!

Looking good rod. Are the barrels underneath going to be the sump?

How are the mealworms going?
