They do look big - though is hard to tell without the dash hound.

What has the growth been Jaymie - how big when you got them, how big now?

Jades are such quick growers it's fantastic.

And her water temp is constant too. I find my fish are happier (much happier) when I have a series of watrm nights and the temps don't fluctuate. It seems a lot more important than being at the right temp.

My fish don't seem to care about temperature fluctutations over the 24 hour period, but the fact that the temps have constantly been in a 21 - 29 degree c range has meant that they are eating well - not that I am in a position to feed them more than once a day.

They are only about 12 cm long, the silvers are smaller, about 7cm

Thats funny heh - in that picture (with no dash hound present) they look 25cm long. Throw one of the kids in amongst them next time for scale purposes :lol:
