This is parsley I cut this morning…looks good
On Saturday I had a farmer come see the system.
This was his 2nd visit and he now wants to build a system.
He was impressed with all my plants in the system…
The parsley he said he had never seen this quality and size
I cut some parsley on Friday for one of my customers and the feedback was
Positive …he was very impressed with the taste and quality

this + what i cut friday for my customer all one plant

Yep that sounds like winter, but your plants look happy in their environment Francois, protected from the ellements.
Last year when we were growing the rabbits they were fed and abundance of parsley from the trial systems. We just couldn't keep up with the growth, the celery and silverbeet were the same.

ive been reading about your system and i am inpressed. Also your "snail problem" will never gow away they look to be Malaysian trumpet snails which can be beneficial in getting rid of excess algae. i cant wait to get a system of my own built. Your trial and error at the start teaches us newbies what to do one of my top 6 favorite systems
