I have just started in aquaponics and I would like to use native perch in my fish tank. I am worried about them not eating food pellets as that is not something they are used to.

Has any one had any luck with getting native fish to eat pellets? Or any suggestions ?

most fish can be feed trained if you're patient..
but lots of pond stocking people sell "pellet trained", and it's probably a good idea to start finding out what people with ponds stock in your area
