We've had a lot of success with broccoli microgreens. They grow fast and are usually ready to harvest in ~2 weeks. We don't put them directly into the growth medium though, we have trays set up lined with paper towels that we set in the plant beds and then put the seeds down and cover them with black trash bags to help with sprouting. We've done several batches this way and we always end up with two or three large ziploc baggies full each round.

I'm having trouble with that same variety of cucumber swelling and cracking is that from to much water intake?. As well as the baby broccoli. It has grown to tall to fast and only smaller then baby heads.

I've grown Ong Choi (popular Asian veggy) in my system for awhile. This stuff literally grows like a weed in an AP system, but great for eating!
