But I do. We grow nasturtium and violas and pansies along with colorful greens and rainbow chard.

Ya know these are the same kind of people that will complain if you don't follow their personal color code for your mailbox and they really wish they lived somewhere with that kind of HOA. They probably find it offensive that other people in the neighborhood actually spend time out in their yards instead of going directly from their house to the car in the garage and then driving everywhere. I'm sure they are offended that most of the people in the neighborhood don't actually park their cars in their garages.

Friggen Idiots! Jealous probably. Move to Africa TCL. Then you will have the neatest yard in the hood and you can pretty much do whatever you want (technically). You should go and snoop around their place with a copy of the code. If you see even a leaf out of place... complain!
