It has been a little difficult to schedule installations due to some of the wet weather that we have had lately. But today, finally, Mary had 2 beds added to their 3000 litre tank.

Peter above and John below went armed with their wet weather gear and spent the afternoon getting the beds set up on their very productive system.

Nice to see an install down the track with plants growing, not often we get to see things later on..

That citrus is looking a bit close though, might have to keep an eye on that.

I am sure that Mary will have the beds planted in to ime whatsoever. Peter tells us that she loves going to the system every day and judging by the variety of plants that she has growing well, there is no doubt that she is a serious gardener. There are 100 Silver Perch in the system and those beds are choc a bloc full of allsorts of vegetables.

At the end of the day when all the work is done the aquaponic system can be viewed from the back deck. I have no doubt there are many, many systems out there where people are enjoying feeding their fish and growing their vegetables on a daily basis. What a great way of life, well done to everyone that makes it possible :thumbright:

another great looking BYAP instal, whilst these systems may be a more expensive outlay, but jeez they really go well. It is a great product you have there. :thumbright:
