So I have an indoor system set up and all I need is a grow light. Does anyone have a suggestion? I don't want to spend tons of Money if I don't have too. My grow bed is about 5 foot by 3 foot.

Use T8 light bulbs. I have been using them for about 18 months now. They are cheap, and low consumption. If you go to Lowes or Home Depot, you can find the 4 bulb set up for about $50.
I have used 550 cords (Parachute cords) from each corner to hung them.

Drop your lights to about 2" from the tops of the plants and raise them as the plants grow. I would run tubes of around 4000 to 6000k (cool/cold) with maybe one in the 2000+kelvin range (warm light). As they get taller put some sides from the fluro fitting to reflect as much light as possible back to the plant. The more light you see the more you are wasting. :)

I actually had just lowered them when I saw this. I will look into the fluro fitting?
