I have about 40 blue tilapia in my ibc container which seem to be doing well. They are about 2 months old.How old are they before you start to eat them, and how many can you eat without depleting the poulation? Also do i need to put something in the tank to protect the small fish when they begin to reproduce? When do they begin to reproduce?
Thanks,
Mark

Might need to do a little research about Tilapia breeding Mark, I think there are a few threads on here about managing populations. Most people might think of having a breeding/nursery tank for breeding purposes, it's a lot more efficient that way.
