Does anybody have any tips for getting a brocoli head to mature at the same rate all over?

Nope:
Put mine in in Jan and late Feb it went to sead. No broccoli per say. Iam going to stay tuned on this one.

I'm not sure why, but mine is doing fine. I would post a photo but I'm at the office now.
It is just starting to flower out but looks just fine.
This is my first attempt at broccoli so it may be just beginner's luck.
