Can I go directly from my GB to me DWC? or will I need to filter it? I have the ability to drain directly to DWC, but not sure if gravity alone will allow me to do any additional filtering. RFF. Currently, I have a mesh filter going to a Biofilter and it works fine, but growth has slowed and I'm having to clean filter a few times a day...pain in %#s. Thanks.

It depends on how well your GB is filtering the water. If it is letting through a lot of fines then yes you probably do need more filtration but that could be another GB (constant flow, constant flood perhaps) using a finer gravel with larger aspect ratio (longer and narrower).
