Well, it was fast cycling for me, not my AP system ;) riding my mountain bike into town today, 35km in exactly 1 hour riding time with a nice 15-20km/hr tail wind until about 10km to go. The first 12km was on a dirt road.

I hear this cycling also benefits from "peeponics" if done right before the cycling process.

Good on you. I try too walk and paddle.
Looks like a few up hill bits too.
Is your drive about 1.8 km long?, stopped at you mail box, either that or you stopped for a track absorption test.

My drive is only about 350m, I stopped to answer the phone, had to dig it out of my cameback. Usually I ride off-road fire trails, farm and single track animal tracks, but every now and then I put some slicks on and ride into town.

I wish I could cycling even for 20 km less than an hour without getting tire. Lately, I notice that I easily get tired.
