Stuart you're so and serious and technical I didn't think you had a humors side. Now I'm just offended that you guys hijacked my microgreens video and Stuart, the NASA Engineer, only stopped by to troll our critical Alien discussion. :wave1:

Your post on this page gave me bad dreams Stuart, but I do have tremendous respect for you sir. I ended up digging a sump like Ron's during a minor flood. And honestly I do wonder what some people on this form do for a living. You especially must come from a science background with that quote in your signature and articulate explanation in the link above. Anyway I'm confused at this point on who is being sarcastic anymore I blame cultural sarcasm misinterpretation and stick by my humbleness... Because I don't understand... Stuart, himself, must be an alien!

I can't tell sarcasm in person let alone on a forum

A sort of ex member (because he doesn't really sign in any more) of this forum Kudapudacat regularly teases me about my underdeveloped ability to detect sarcasm.

After various comments by him and others I made the mistake of doing an autism spectrum test. No surprise to anyone I'm sure but I scored rather highly. Now I've got an excuse but it left me second guessing a lot of my behaviour. Wasn't the best mental health choice I've ever made :(

You told me it was for the car Ron. Since I only have a 24v inverter and am not paying for the extra battery and wiring I haven't been able to use it in auto mode. :)

Ah, but did you try a burrito wraped in aluminum foil placed on your exhaust manifold?

They don't sell donkey meat in Australia, that I know of, and I only have a small V8; even getting a small chook on 4 exhaust manifolds would be nearly impossible. :)

Stuart, There's a fine line between genius and insanity. This forum has erased the line. Sometimes its the posters like yourself who can relate complex issues with many factors considered beyond face value. I need those details! Sleepe you too, you're the like the mad scientist of filters it seems, I have an idea I want to run by you and I already know its not going to be a pretty review, but I can handle it. Your theories on culinary arts, developing a better burrito, sound on par with the finest hibachi restaurants, I would eat it. Anyway on that note embrace your inner crazy I say! Even the failed ideas are lessons learned, it is nicer to just read about the failed ones as opposed to living them!

And to continue my off topic theme for kicks... some of my AP searches have lead me to "how to make a long bow from PVC" and "how to make a wood fire hot tub from an IBC"..... the bow I may actually try out one day if the girlfriend gives me permission....no Bow Fishing in the IBC!

Mantis, if you search for images of how they produce them commercially its amazingly dense. Looks like a thick pallet of sod for your yard in various colors. There are even some artists who attempt to hang them sideways on walls. We will probably continue to produce a small cycle of just the broccoli basil and the mustard greens most of the others lacked the flavor kick we had hopped for. I'm hoping to test some of the sheet like media I used for AP germination too since it should be a good way to hold smaller seeds in GB surface area.

Hey about the lessons learned. You guys should consider a small part of the forum for something along the lines of.....

"Bloopers, What not to do, We told you so, Oops, mistakes ETC"
and just move anything that ends in disaster or is misleading over that way. If it had a subcategory it would be A) honest scientific failures to learn from B) You should have searched the forums 1 more time!

Mantis I read your first 2 builds awesome veg photos, did the corn from IBC beds ever actually produce though? Yours looked healthier then anyone's I've seen yet.
