what are all nutrients that a offline mineralization tank gives you?
And also how do you add it back without a ph jump that might kill the fish
should i put it in the sump, filter, growbed ???

The mineralization tank gives the same nutrients that a system that sends its fish waste to the grow bed will give but with less nitrogen.
Add it back in a bit at a time.
Personally I'm not bothering with a mineralization tank as it seems much work for little gain as it doesn't create any extra minerals.

It's as much if not more about controlling what nutrients return to the plant area. If the mineralizer is aerobic you get a totally different effect than if it's anaerobic. Anaerobic mineralization reduces the nitrogen and a few other things in the system. There really is no reason for most systems home systems to have a mineralization tank. Media bed grow beds have both aerobic and anaerobic portions so you get both types of mineralization in sufficient amounts. If you are running Deep Water Culture beds then you might benefit from having one as the system at UVI did (The netting tanks and the cleaning frequency of these were used to control nutrient levels).
