New toys arrived today.

Air blower should do about 60ist plus air stones. And the mag pump does 52lpm.

Air blower is $225 and the Mag pump was $200. Mag pump is a resun.
Ordered them at http://www.aquariumproducts.com.au

They have one smaller air blower and a lot of bigger ones.

Suppose it had to happen, the Chinese make really good copies of almost anything, take the Honda OHV small engines. If they copied it right its a nice pump Dufflight :)

I think they build a product for another country then turn around and make extra while the equipments set up and put on another label. Might change a few things but I haven't had anything go bad. And a lot of the time its the same thing that's sold locally. Even the local hardware shop now sells chainsaws that don't have a big brand name but they do look like the one I got before that was a husqvarna. :D

Thats a nice regen blower, nothing like as economically priced over here.
Are you sure it`ll run 60 airstones? It seems a little on the optimistic side given the pressure rating.

Only one way to find out.
The place emailed me
40 - 50 comfortably.
and that was for the smaller size. I just guesstmated the 60. Not that I need that many. The aquarium shop uses one and they have 50 odd tanks and spare air.

Nice. I've got a makita. Ignore the temptation to use it without a guide. Thing cuts wood like butter. :D
