O Oh! Just remembered the fish in the fridge at work, Oh well at least it won't be wasted. Joker will learn to love salmon :shifty: Not tonight though, he is probably still full from all the scones, with strawberry jam and whipped cream. Too much wouldn't be good for his cholesterol levels. :dontknow:

Uh oh! Hope you didn't give in to those puppy dog eyes, the ones that say I'm starving, followed by the drewl! Tell him to remember what he felt like last time he ate cheese, he couldn't walk for 24 hours! Tell Joker, Faye will give him a special treat tomorrow :eat:

Had to look that one up Snags...... For anyone else who didn't know..

Nước chấm is a common name for a variety of Vietnamese "dipping sauces" that are served quite frequently as condiments.

Its simplest recipe is:

1 part lime/lemon juice. Vinegar has also been known to be used in a pinch
1 part fish sauce (nước mắm)
1 part sugar
2 parts water

To this, people will typically add minced garlic, chopped or minced serrano peppers, and in some instances, shredded carrot for bún. Otherwise, when having seafood like eels, people also give some slices of lemongrass, etc.
