Dammit I could have gone as a work related conference and had the day off. Who said there's no such thing as a free lunch? Sorry for the late notice, I didn't know about it until I saw a report on the evening news, we could have had a BYAP meeting there. Did anyone go? There's lots of info around about the health benefits of omega3, and this seminar also talks about the effects on mental health.
