please help with fish disease

I wonder if there is anywhere you can take a water sample to test of things like copper, zinc and other common fish killers?

You can TC but costs between $60-$75 to test for each thing, they can't do a multiple test

Yesterday's fish death fell 2 days after big rain so there still seems like there is strong correlation tween rain and death.

does anyone know what this shrub is? Toxic? Its possible I'm getting some rain splashing off it into my FT.

That could be the answer you know...

Looks like Viburnum tinus to me, and could be poisonous. try searching for "is viburnum tinus poisonous" and there are a fair few hits.
