Rockwool Slab Drip Irrigation forum

Hi guys!

I know this is outside the scope of this forum, but does anyone know a good forum specific to Rockwool Slab Drip Irrigation systems?

I'm at a new place and Aquaponics are not an option with my limited space / restrictions.

I don't know much about it, but was hoping someone here had forum in mind.

I don't know of any forums I've seen it used in hydroponics but never in aquaponics, I would imagine you would have problems with your fish solids remaining on the top of the Rockwool and causing problems.

Even in hydroponics I've only ever seen it used for growning Roses & flowers and never for growing vegetables, possibly because of the glass.

I've seen it used in hydroponic tomatoes.

You start the seeds on a pad, then put them on a bigger slab, and cut some holes in the plastic at the bottom for drainage. Seems to work quite well.

I'd recommend searching for a hydroponic forum that isn't wacky tobaccy oriented.
