Davey, I think I put the impeller bits back in ever-so-slightly incorrectly :oops:

Bugs was a Jade with bug eyes who was floating this morning

alright make that 7 :(

I just found a Silver floating. It looks to have a mis-shaped jaw :?

With the pump being changed yesterday, I forgot to check them earlier this afternoon and when I just went up, the pumps hadn't kicked over and all the fish were swimming at the surface. We have 2 air stones, but it is a hot day, so ...

I'd say a bit of oxygen stress just got too much for this fish.

today's harvest :D 1.2Kg of yummy, scrummy jades :D mmmmm

These fish were filleted, rolled in flour and fried. My favourite method so far. Bethany ate nearly a whole fish by herself :shock:

The stats:
24.5cm 340g
25cm 390g
26.5cm 460g :D

Again, it's amazing the difference 1cm in length makes with these fish.
