Hello All~

I'm a k-12 educator initiating an aquaponic gardening initiative for my school in Suzhou, China. Want to put sustainable farming and ecological responsibility deeply into the curriculum.

I've never tried AP before, so I'm basing the proposal primarily, so far, on Bernstein's Aquaponic Gardening: A Step-by-Step Guide. I just found this website and the IBC guide, so will begin looking at it too.

It seems a very exciting, enjoyable, and righteous thing to introduce to our students, their parents, and the larger community. Wish us luck and expect to hear from us as we approach the learning curve!

Welcome to the forum  . Check out the IBC of Aquaponics link at the top of the page and also take a look at the FAO guide to small scale aquaponic food production - http://www.fao.org/3/a-i4021e.pdf
